Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the ShynOk mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Individual Entrepreneur Kharkov Tymur Valeriyovych (EDRPOU/IPN: 3219401496).

1. General provisions

By registering on the Service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision, do not use the Service.

ShynOk provides a subscription to seasonal tire service in Ternopil, which (depending on the plan) includes:

ShynOk provides the Service "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by:

Damage caused by station staff during service is handled in accordance with Ukrainian law.

7. Intellectual property

All rights to the ShynOk app, logos, design, and content belong to Individual Entrepreneur Kharkov Tymur Valeriyovych. Copying, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

8. Termination of access and account deletion

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service in cases of Terms violation, fraud, or abuse.

A user may delete their account themselves at any time inside the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. All active subscriptions are cancelled and recurring card charges stop. Personal data is anonymized, while records of payments and services rendered are retained in anonymized form for accounting purposes — see the Privacy Policy, section 8.

Deleting an account is not grounds for a refund of an already paid period — access to services ends at the moment of deletion.

9. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or push. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if unresolved, in court at the place of registration of the Service Provider.
